By accessing or using any products or services provided by MDL Asia Sdn Bhd ("MDL Asia"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
MDL Asia provides AI-powered digital solutions including quantitative trading simulation, indie game intelligence, browser cookie privacy tools, AI content generation, physiognomy analysis, assessment systems, and astrology journaling applications.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, interfere with their operation, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology provided through our services are the property of MDL Asia or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Prices, Payment, and Taxes
Current direct-purchase prices and billing periods are published on our Pricing page or shown before checkout. Paddle is our authorized reseller and merchant of record for supported online payments. Paddle may collect applicable taxes, issue the receipt or invoice, and appear on your payment statement.
7. Subscriptions and Cancellation
Recurring plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel before the next renewal through the route provided on your receipt or buyer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund an earlier charge.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility, request steps, and processing information are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Disclaimers
Our quantitative trading tools are for simulation and education only and are not financial advice. Our physiognomy, astrology, and assessment tools are for entertainment and personal reflection and are not professional medical, legal, or psychological advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDL Asia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
